Fashion trends are unpredictable. You can’t tell what will happen for sure, but still we all love that moment of choosing the right colours for your collection, types of knitting, draw sketch after sketch till everything is perfect. There is something magical in this moment. Аt that point you knew which are the lead designs.

For Spring/ Summer 2020 knitwear collection we have chosen some new interesting colour combinations and a lot of intarsia knitting.
We will start with one of our favourite combinations- Mint and white or the spring bringers. These colours are combined with fancy texture knitting. Beautiful white lines are creating different geometric figures. For this model we have used cotton yarn perfect for warm months.

Coral, light blue and dark blue colours combined with fancy intarsia knitting. Perfect outfit for hot summer days. We have used cotton yarn, but as a knitwear manufacture we can reproduce every model from different yarn blends. For example another favourite yarns for summer are Mies (68% Viscose/ 29% Acrylic/ 3% Elastan), Cayman (70% Viscose 30% acrylic), organic cotton, Flexy (46% Modal/ 40% Acrylic/ 14% Polyamide) and many more. We are working with the best Italian and Bulgarian yarn suppliers.

We are happy to show you a small part from one of our favourite designs for this season. White/darker green, cotton polo shirt knitted in two ends on 12 GG to our new S/S 20 collection. It has a beautiful rhinestones hot fix application. We are definitely going to show you more of this model in future articles.

This year we decided to make some knit experiments. Next model is one of them. We have changed the knit direction which helps us to create some beautiful ajour knitting vertical line. It looks like a delicate lace passing through the model.

As a knitwear suppler and manufacturer Intertrade M want to offer its clients new Spring/Summer 2020 collection with variety of elegant, stylish apparels, casual ones for free time and trendy models for the one who want to stand out of the crowd.

Every season Intertrade M creates two collections with new ideas, experiment with new yarns, knitwear textures and fancy knitting designs. Last month we made some amazing men pullovers with blend of Tencel 50% and Extra fine merino 50%. The result was wonderful. We were fascinated by the final result and touch. The sweater was very soft and looking really amazing. The TENCEL™ Lyocell yarn is wood-based cellulose fibers.

Known for their natural comfort, lyocell fibers are versatile and can be combined with a wide range of textile fibers such as cotton, polyester, acrylic, wool, and silk to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of fabrics. Unique physical properties of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers lead to their great strength, efficient moisture absorption and gentleness to skin. We are going to definitely continue manufacturing with this amazing fibre.
Back to our S/S 20 collection we have made selection of 14 beautiful and feminine designs. Our main mission for this season was to offer our clients variety of knitwear apparels with best quality and good price. One of our favourite designs is a light blue cardigan with black ribbon and texture stripes on body and sleeves.

In a series of small articles we are going to show you more about fancy knitting apparels with intarsia, rhinestones text and new hot fix application ideas. For this season we have experimented with knitted polo shirt design, new accessories and many more.

As a knitwear producer we are almost ready with our new 2019 winter knitwear collection. Waiting some last model and preparing for photoshoot, but we are impatient and want to show you some of our latest models. This year we created few trendy garments, for women that want to step out of the crowd and show their unique style. We are very happy and proud of the results, because as we talk in our previous article “Tips of creating a knitwear collection” we have created wearable and affordable design, which are ready for manufacturing. As you know Intertrade M is very flexible European knitwear supplier and we can work with orders even around 200 pieces buy colour.

Our winter collection is specially created for strong, independent women who want to be stylish and feel comfortable at the same time. One of our favourite models is made in two colour combination and different yarn blends. This is a really elegant design, perfect for business outfit and free time. It’s amazing symbioses of classic colours and fancy knitting. We have lovely, colourful final touch at the bell-shaped sleeves and body. The silhouette of this model it’s really feminine and beautiful.

Another key look for winter 2019 trends is Ruffles. Knit ruffles are probably one of our all-time favourite. This element is so beautiful that can be ad to all kind of clothes and it will make the final look absolutely perfect. Our bordeaux- white colour combination will look amazing on every lady and it will be at the centre of attention. This sweater will be perfectly combined with denim. The yarn is really soft and it will keep you warm in cold winter days.

How to start a collection?

If you are a new brand you definitely need a market research. If you are new in business you need to make connection with yarn and accessories suppliers, manufacturer and final distributors. Another option is to use knitwear suppliers like us, because we can provide everything you need and manufacture your designs.

Who is going to wear your collection?

For example our collections are specially created for strong, independent women, who need to feel comfortable during the day. We have successfully combined casual and elegant styles, so we can provide our clients everything they need to feel special and beautiful. We use different blends of organic materials like cotton, wool and viscose. We are highly experienced with expensive yarns like cashmere, eco cashmere, baby alpaca, baby kid mohair and many more. For more practical clients we offer acrylic knitwear.

Creating your designs and final editing

Creating designs is really a hard and responsible job. In this process you have to constantly ask yourself a lot of questions:
• Does this model fit into your collection?
• Is it wearable?
• Is it affordable? Not only for final customers, but for you. Write approximate price on every garment, having in mind its knitting, yarn, accessories, labels, weight, packing and transport.
• Have in mind that you have around six month time between sampling your collection and start selling it. You have to be sure that yarn and accessories are going to be available after this period of time.

Sampling and development process

If you don’t have a reliable partner this can be a very tough process. No matter if it’s small or big market manufacturers, they don’t like sampling and most of them are not working with orders under 100-200 paces.
You must have in mind there is going to be a difference between your sketches and the real models.
This is a time were you have to make some compromises with your ideas, prices and things that actually can be done. Here you need strict schedule between suppliers and manufacturer, because if something is getting late probably you will not receive some of your samples.

We know that creating a knitwear collection is not an easy job. As a knitwear supplier we can provide everything for your models and produce your designs. We are very flexible and can work quantities such as 200 pcs – 300 pcs – 1.000 pcs – 5.000 pcs – 5,000+ per style.
We have very short Production Time (4-6 weeks from order confirmation date) for smaller orders and strict supervision on manufacturing process and final quality control.
